Looking for something fun to do this Friday? The World Championship of PowerPoint Karaoke is back! Last year, I took part in the qualifying round as a contestant (pictured) and although I didn't win, it was great fun... I won't be competing again this year but I'm pleased to share that I will be sitting on the jury for this year's qualifying round on 31 May at Boom Chicago! ❔ No idea what I'm talking about? Let me refresh your memory...In Powerpoint Karaoke, contestants are challenged to present a random deck of slides on an unrelated topic chosen by the audience. If that wasn't hard enough, the presenter has no chance to prepare - they only see the slides as they speak! The ultimate improv challenge..!The world championship is organised by Minna Taylor (she/her) and Nathan de Groot, who have sourced 4 great contestants for this qualifying round, plus space for a wildcard contestant from the audience!
