MINUTE ORDER Setting Response Deadline and Briefing Schedule. After this action was removed from the Superior Court for the State of California, County of San Diego, the Court granted the Parties' request for a briefing schedule and hearing date on Defendant Roblox Corporation's anticipated motion to dismiss and ordered Plaintiffs Katherine Murphy, Monique Payan, and Damien Uhl to show cause why this case should not be remanded under 28 U.S.C. § 1332(d)(3). (See ECF No. 10.) After receiving Plaintiffs' Motion to Remand and Response to Order to Show Cause (ECF No. 20), the Court stayed the briefing on Defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss pending resolution of Plaintiffs' remand motion. (See ECF No. 21.) On February 8, 2024, the Court the Court denied Plaintiff's motion to remand and lifted the stay on Defendant's anticipated motion to dismiss. (See ECF No. 31.) Accordingly, Defendant SHALL RESPOND to Plaintiffs' operative complaint on or before February 26, 2024. In the event that Defendant files a motion under Federal Rule of Civil Procedure 12, the Court SETS a hearing for April 4, 2024, at 2:00 p.m. in Courtroom 3A before the Honorable Todd W. Robinson and SETS the following briefing schedule: Plaintiffs SHALL FILE their opposition on or before March 11, 2024, and Defendant MAY FILE its optional reply, if any, on or before March 21, 2024.
